Cancellation Policy

Two rate options are available at booking time:

Non-refundable rate (default, lowest price): once paid, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional cost.

Flexible rate (+5%): full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be requested by email to Ojjd.boss@outlook.com. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, official travel restrictions), we will offer a date change or full credit regardless of rate option.
