By using this website and booking with OJJD Properties, you accept these terms.

All bookings are subject to live availability confirmed via Smoobu and synced with Booking.com, Airbnb and other partner channels to prevent overbookings.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The total shown at checkout includes the nightly rate and the cleaning fee. Local taxes (IGIC) may apply where required by Canary Islands law.

Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy you select at booking. See our Cancellation Policy page for full details.

House rules: no parties, no smoking inside the apartment, pets only with prior written consent. Damages caused during the stay may be invoiced to the guest.
